The DataStore Summary Report

The DataStore summary report provides a series of statistics about the currently visible datastores. It can provide a quick overview of your data to allow quick comparisons of different data stores.

Options

There are no options for this report. The DataStores shown will be the currently visible DataStores. The probes used in the report will come from the currently selected probe list.

Output Columns

The columns in a DataStore summary report are:

  1. DataStore name
  2. Total Read Count
  3. Forward Read Count
  4. Reverse Read Count
  5. Unknown Read Count
  6. Mean Read Length (bp)
  7. Total Read Length (bp)
  8. Fold Coverage
  9. Total Quantitation
  10. Median Quantitation
  11. Mean Quantitation

You can choose to sort the report on any of the columns. Just click on a column header to sort the data on that column. Click again to sort in the opposite direction.

Saving the Report

If you press the Save button at the bottom you can save the full report to a file. The files created are tab-delimited text files which you should be able to open in a spreadsheet application for further processing. The saved report will keep the current order of the rows in the report.
