RELEASE NOTES FOR Difference Tracker v0.1

Difference tracker v0.1 is a fully functioning initial release
of this program.  The plugins have been used by our group for
a few months at this point and seem to be working well, but since
this is an early stage release it would be as well to review your
results carefully and report back to us if you find any problems.
